When it will ship
All orders on our website will ship withing 1-5 business days. Once it is shipped a tracking number will be provided by email. After it is shipped Trigger Therapy is not responsible for shipping time.
How it will ship
Orders will be shipped through a carrier that the products purchased are approved to ship through. The shipping method will be the most cost effective method unless otherwise specified by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Returns
If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The customer can have it shipped themself, or Trigger Therapy can have a label sent to the customer at customer’s expense.
Shipping will only be refunded if Trigger Therapy is responsible for an error in the order and the customer wishes to return the order. The customer must provide the receipt upon return. Once an error is proven a return shipping label will be provided to the customer.
